If you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel is a great option. It's located in a tranquil valley surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and some even have their own kitchen. While the breakfast could use some improvement, the thermal pools and sauna on site are a wonderful plus. One downside is that it's only accessible by car.

Everything was totally fine. The staff was also helpful and courteous. After dinner the thermal bath was the highlight of the day!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is simply stunning, nestled on the outskirts of the city in a tranquil valley. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking and provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding.

I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities and services provided here are outstanding and the staff goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

Excellent location in greenery, panoramic view. Well-equipped apartment. Easy check-in, check-out, and parking. Nice breakfast, courteous staff. Good value for money. Large room. Realistic prices at wellness bar. Not crowded pools.

The thermal pool is very nice and the hotel is well located for visits to Eger and the Buck hills.

You need to insist to get the room you booked and need to ask for a bill.

The staff was very professional and friendly, the hotel, room and spa/sauna were very clean.

Some of the staff members seemed to be a little bit overworked; they were doing their best to behave professionally and they were very friendly, but simply forgot about things (i.e.: forgot about the fact that we already ordered something to drink: the asked the same question again; forgot to put an ordered diner on the bill, etc. It seemed, that the staff were in service in the afternoon/evening as well as the next morning; maybe the working schedule is just to demanding ??)

Beautiful mountainous surroundings that offer great hikes. The pools - especially the thermal one - were fantastic and really relaxing, making our Christmas a memorable one. The buffet breakfast provided a great selection of pastries and cereals, as well as plenty of hot food options and freshly squeezed orange juice, and the dinners were delicious and filling. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help.

Some rooms could use a bit of an update, particularly in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was spotty and sometimes slow.

The hotel we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We loved the spacious and clean rooms. The hotel was also conveniently located near many attractions, making our city trip enjoyable.

While we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, there were a couple of minor issues we encountered. The hair dryer had a strange on/off button that we had trouble figuring out.
